Aleah Stander Gregory

Aleah is a fitness professional with 15 years of experience teaching group fitness classes. Her life goal is to empower others through fitness. A Pittsburgh native, she holds a B.S. in Kinesiology with a Nutrition minor from Penn State. She holds certifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Dr. Sears Certified Health Coach. Aleah’s classes are high energy and personalized to challenge who’s in the workout. She lives in Dallas with her husband and dog – and they are expecting their first baby in December!

Missy Quintana

Missy is a certified cycling instructor, and 200hr registered yoga teacher through yoga alliance. Her classes are tough, but with the most gentle delivery. You likely won’t even realize how hard it was until it’s over, and you’re in a pool of sweat, amazed by the number of calories you’ve burned! She lives in Dallas, Texas, with her husband, two daughters, and three dogs. Her guilty pleasures include ice cream, wine, and Bravo Reality TV. She is a “what you see is what you get” kind of girl, and she can’t wait to see you in class!

Thomas Renner

Thomas Renner, a born and raised Texan, has nearly 10 years in the fitness industry ranging from personal clients, boutique fitness, and group fitness in luxury gyms. His passion is helping people remove their limitations to achieve their highest goals in life. He holds his BFA in Musical Theatre from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee School of Music. Post graduation began his fitness journey becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and NASM Group Personal Training Specialization. Currently he is on his way to becoming a Certified Life Coach. His class is high energy filled with laughter and hard work because if “working out is not fun, why are we doing it?!”

Kimber Kirt

Kimber is a powerhouse instructor packed into a fun-size frame. Receiving her ACE Group Fitness Certification in 2011, she has taught everything from water aerobics to strength, conditioning, Zumba, and, most recently – indoor cycling! You can expect to be challenged like an athlete but encouraged along the way. If Kimber’s energy doesn’t do it for you, her playlist definitely will! She currently lives in Dallas, Texas, and when she isn’t sweating it out on Zoom – she runs a digital marketing agency.

Lindsay Gurry

Born and raised in Boston, Lindsay has been a fitness professional for over six years. She now lives in sunny Florida, where she teaches high energy fitness classes. Her love for fitness developed while working in hospitality. She quickly understood the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and made a career change to full-time fitness. Watch out for when she throws that hair in a bun; she means business. From group fitness classes to at-home platforms, fitness has become her passion. She likes to break the rules, challenge you, and she will train you as an athlete. She’s got you!

Tyler Quintana

After several years of diligent practice, Tyler Quintana obtained her 200-hour yoga alliance teacher training certification. Her classes focus on strengthening the mind-body connection by pushing participants to their physical limits in an energizing way, providing you the tools to sculpt the body from the inside out. Tyler is currently a junior at the University of North Texas, majoring in Film & Media Arts while pursuing her dreams of acting on the big screen. She is obsessed with watching The Bachelorette, taking long walks at White Rock Lake, and stress baking all of 2020’s problems away. She can’t wait to see you in class!

Movement Specialist

Dr. Austin Hogan

Dr. Hogan first discovered exercise at an early age and became fascinated with the transformative powers it had on the human body. He followed this initial fascination which led him to Texas A&M, where he got his B.S. in Applied Exercise Physiology. After graduation, he discovered CrossFit which only opened his eyes to more amazing methods of movement, which pressed him to continue his education at Parker University and attain his Doctorate in Chiropractic. That initial fascination with exercise and human movement continues to this day as he enjoys studying and incorporating new techniques into his treatment and training to prevent athletic injuries; as well as maximize athletic potential.

Fred Smith

Fred Smith is a master cycling instructor from New York City. He began his adventure as a fitness instructor 8 years ago with Flywheel in Atlanta, GA. His infectious energy and enthusiasm led to years of sold out classes across the city. In 2018, he joined the Flywheel Anywhere team and filmed classes in the NYC studio for at-home riders. Fred’s class’s are known to be beats-driven, high-energy, fun, and challenging. He loves incorporating choreography on the bike, so prepared to move your body, sweat, and have a great time in his class.

Ashli Katz

Ashli Katz, a Florida native and fitness professional for over a decade, has always been passionate about music and movement. A former dancer and gymnast, Ashli studied exercise science at Florida State University. She is a registered 200hr Yoga Therapist as well as a Master Barre Instructor. Ashli’s classes will push you out of your comfort zone while giving you the confidence to #raisethebarre for yourself and your abilities. Expect nothing short of high vibes, high intensity, and (virtual) high fives.
